Jules M. Seshens

Mr. Seshens’ business acumen reflects 30+ years of both public and private-sector Boardroom and C-Level experience in a variety of high-tech, high-growth, turnaround, and start-up organizations. Mr. Seshens’ executive level experience includes sales and marketing, business development, strategic planning and development, capital acquisition strategies, and technology valuations. In his current role at Marcum LLP, he is responsible for developing and implementing the business and marketing systems, strategies and infrastructure needed to nationally support new business development services based on the tax advantaged strategy of the Research & Development Tax Credit, and among other things, designing, implementing and directing generic new client acquisition strategies, as well as facilitating mutually-beneficial introductions to businesses, clients and various other service providers.

Previously, Mr. Seshens co-founded, funded, and served as Chairman of the Board of Lucid Security Corporation, a leader in the Intrusion Prevention segment of the Internet Security Marketplace. He was Executive Vice President and a Director for EA Industries (NYSE:EA), Vice President of Marketing, co-founder, and a Director for ICC Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:ICGN), Executive Vice President and COO for General Data Systems, Ltd., as well as a Vice President and General Manager for COMSHARE, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSRE).

Additionally, Mr. Seshens co-founded, funded, and served on the Board of Directors of InterDigital Communications Corporation (NASDAQ:IDCC), a first mover in digital wireless telephony; funded and served on the Board of Directors to Advanced Voice Systems, a first mover in the Voice Mail Services Industry; and funded and served on the Board of Directors of DrivePhone, Inc. (NASDAQ:LXCL), a manufacturer and distributor of both brand name and private labeled cellular telephones.

He was designated by Temple University’s Fox School of Business as The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute’s “Entrepreneur in Residence” for 2002-2003 and most recently as one of its “Executives in Residence”. Further, Mr. Seshens currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, having been designated by them as their “2006 Man of the Year”, and previously served on the Board of Directors of the American Technion Society, an organization dedicated to the advancement of technology.
